WASHING STATION FOR MARINE TANK CONTAINERS

TEPORVAL operates a washing station dedicated to marine tank containers.

This facility is fully approved by government bureau (Health Ministry). Approval includes the disposal of liquid and solid residues.

TEPORVAL is highly specialized in marine tank containers having a wide knowledge and expertise regarding the repair of frames, main shells and valves. All repairs are strictly performed under ITCO standards.

Given the special conditions of the trade, all components and spare parts utilized on repairs are original parts as approved by tank manufacturer or operator. This service is also backed up by strict leak tests and 2,5 and 5 years certification tests.

REEFER CARGO HUB

TEPORVAL is approved by SERNAPESCA (Goverment Bureau of Fisheries) as reefer container cargo hub for storage of fresh and frozen seafood for export to international markets.

Service includes storage, energy supply for reefer containers, container handling, local trucking and daily container monitoring.

FRESH FRUIT AND FROZEN CARGO TRANSFER STATION

TEPORVAL operates a Cross-Dock station for export of fresh fruit and frozen products duly approved by the USDA and SAG offices. This facility is also registered in the Food and Drug Administration (FDA).

Services provided at this facility include cargo stuffing, re-stowage, reefer container storage and inherent energy supply/monitoring amongst others.

The company counts with a highly experienced professional staff and technical team, including agricultural engineers qualified for performing these tasks.

CONTAINER DEPOT, REPAIRS & EMPTY CONTAINER HAULAGE

TEPORVAL operates a full repair workshop covering all type of containers including marine tank containers. All repairs are subject to IICL and ITCO standards and supervised by area managers well trained and experienced on this field.

The company also provides empty container trucking services within the Valparaíso area, central ports, the Santiago Metropolitan Region and other eventual destinations.

REEFER CONTAINER CHECKING & REPAIR

TEPORVAL provides integral repair and checking services for reefer containers, including reefer supplies and spare parts.

Services can be provided at the company´s facilities, port areas, onboard seagoing vessels and/or shipper’s premises.

Our personnel is fully qualified and experienced in their respective areas of job.

GENSETS

The Company owns and operates a fleet of Thermo King and Carrier Transicold Gensets, -Clip On and Underslung type-, under high standards of maintenance, in order to provide a reliable operation and compliance with fresh and frozen cargoes transport requirements.

All our equipment is kept under highest standard of maintenance.

POWER PACKS

TEPORVAL owns a fleet of diesel electrical generators, able to provide 3.750 KVA in prime mode. This totals 388 electrical plugs for reefer container power supply.

This service can be provided within the terminal, alongside vessel, in port areas, or onboard seagoing vessels.

WEIGHT CERTIFICATION (VGM)

Since all laden export containers must have a Verified Gross Mass (VGM) certificate before it is loaded onto a ship, TEPORVAL provides weighing services to laden containers and respective certification, as per SOLAS convention and local government bureau (DIRECTEMAR).

TEPORVAL is registered at CHILEAN CUSTOMS SERVICE as an approved container (all types & sizes ) operator in the whole country.
